Um, no. Color looks great, but the furniture looks like it came out of a lady's accessory store. I can hear it now at the firing line, "Hey dude, those could match my wife's purse." WTF, DD?

I guess DD is thumbing it's nose at the lightweight crowd. Long quad rail and over molding that probably weighs a ton. GH
From the manufacturer formerly known as "sensible."
While aesthetically it may not be the best looking, why don't we wait and hold off commenting until someone actually gets their hands on this stuff. This is Daniel Defense, not the next Command Arms. If it does turn out to not cure AIDS, put Cruz in the White House or whiten your teeth then I'll still buy DD barrels.

My weed whip has the same stock as DD.
'Evil Minds That Plot Destruction'
DD just made a step towards Tapco with this "stuff."
“The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles." - John Dean "Jeff" Cooper, The Art of the Rifle

Tell my tale to those who ask. Tell it truly; the ill deeds along with the good, and let me be judged accordingly.
looks? don't care too much. Not a woman.
Function? don't know. I wish I was going to Shot this year to actually look at it closer.
VFG...wish they would do a stubby instead.
Marketing ploy? maybe. They might want the average Clod-popper at the gun store to see it and say, "Hey, what's that?" ask to see it, and do some research.
