Do you have a website where we can check out some of your work?

    Dang!!!

That is one well-sharpened knife going thru that paper.

    Wow! That is impressive!

If I may inquire, what do you use for sharpening your blades?

Customers generally get the wicked edge, but I do quite a bit freehand as well

Very cool. I have been using a lansky for several years with great results. But always looking to expand my equipment.

Wicked edge is a deep and expensive rabbit hole. I probably have around $2k invested in my Wicked Edge setup and I have a field version of the system. The kitchen knife was 100% freehanded and was part of a 2 stone challenge, 2 stones 1 strop.

Agree its a hole. Hand sharpening is far more gratifying for those with the time and patience to learn the skill. Wicked Edge is great if you sharpen for a living, but I prefer the less than robot perfect human touch, and the knowledge I can get my edge pretty much anywhere with any kind of stone. Definitely not a boast! I can improve, and I like that too.

The best thing about the wicked edge, is if the knife keeps coming back for resharpens, I can keep the bevel and angle EXACTLY the same, so speeds things up
