Yeah, I really like both my ZT knives. My 0350 has been on my side every day for the past year, and it has held an edge very well. I recently tuned it up a bit though. Here is a side by side of the 0350 and the 0303 for comparison.
I'm confident you will enjoy your 0350. I didn't know they made that one in a tiger stripe pattern as well. Pretty cool.
Huge ZT fan too. Started with an 0350 last year. It's a great value and feels great. It got me hooked on quality knives.
I splurged on a ZT0560 when I got a promotion at work a few months ago. I was concerned with the size at first. However due to the handle shape and profile combined with the low ride clip it carries great!
-I hope this isn't much of side track, if it is let me know I'll delete my stuff.
-If one was in the market for a nice folder, would Strider or Emerson be a better choice. I have looked over both brands but only handled Striders. Price wise they seem close.
-Knife would be civilian EDC, farm work, hunting, field use at drill, possible deployments, and hopefully a career wearing some type of uniform.
-My personal folder experince, Benchmade Griptillian (current daily use), Rukus and issued Auto-Presidio, Buck Strider, a few Kershaws, and a few more a can't rememebr.
I want a Strider SMF pretty bad, but they are pricey. Personally I don't think you can go wrong with either of the knives you listed.

I have 2 that I alternate according to what I'm wearing (they are of different sizes and weights).
Benchmade 585 Mini-Barrage & the Kershaw Scallion.
They are both excellent, in my limited non-knife-aficionado opinion.
Best assisted openers I've seen.
Spyderco para 2... Great quality, great price.

Zero Tolerance 0350 CB. I say "every day" because it's my on-duty knife and since I work more days than not, it's the one with me the most. http://tinyurl.com/bon9l47
For off-duty, I usually carry my Kershaw 1620GRN I've been carrying for almost 15 years now. It's a small little guy but works awesome and is the perfect size for most non-tactical applications. http://tinyurl.com/czazmjx
