Glock Body Melt & Texture in Arizona

I've got a Gen 3 G20 10mm that I love. Its a fantastic gun that's reliable and accurate as you'd expect from a Glock.

And while its grip isn't too large (I've got bear mitts) - it would be more comfortable w the butt trimmed a bit.

Anyone know reputable joint in Arizona that does work like that? Recommendations?
