Here's how I determined Lebanon. I Googled the name of the performers on that billboard with the dates. It turns out they performed at a disco in Beirut that evening. I then used reasonably deduction that it would have been posted in a reasonable proximity to the venue.

The latest upload on Facebook looks like somewhere in the U.K. I would like to think you will see your ammo, but.....

Sent a Facebook message asking "are you the Sam Fadul from M4carbine.net?" and got back "huh" and now he's either deleted his Facebook or blocked me.

It's time now to pursue my last options and see if I can get law enforcement interested in this.
