Would anyone here care to post a 25 meter or yard accuracy report of the Sig P229R in Cal. 9mm or any of the variants such as the SCT or SAS GEN2? I'm also curious as to how the SCT's TFO front sights would look like both in bright day or low light environments.
Anyhow, we've shot a Sig P228 here and accuracy at 25 meter is simply outstanding. At the very least I'd say sub 3" using M882 ammo shot standing isosceles w/out bench rest. Double-taps at 3 - 5 meters are simply sweet. Often would make two holes touch the edge of each other if not one ragged hole. IMHO, Sigs have arguably the smoothest trigger in the market. Feels like sliding two pieces of 1/4" thick clear glass sheets with KY jelly in between.
