What are peoples thoughts on Sigs current quality control? I have been hearing quite a few fit and finish complaints but don't know the details. I have been thinking about picking up a 226 in 9mm and maybe even a 1911.

I own two SP2022's and both are flawless.

Gotta look at the bright side. At least P210 magazines make other notoriously expensive mags look fairly inexpensive.

The P210s are some of the most reliable, and accurate pistols ever made. Mine took me a number of years to acquire, but I'm glad I got a chance to buy one.

That is definitely true! I also have a Walther P88 and mags were always over $100 for those but then Beretta 92 mags can be altered to work.
So far I have not heard, or read, about a mag that can be modified to work in a P210.

But I think it is worth it, those SIGs are well made and extremely accurate.
