    Cool Advanced Armament M15

    Hello, all im new here to this forum. Im looking for any info, ads, manuals to the advanced armament M15s. I just picked one up & being in CT.... what a nitemare!!!!!! NO FFL would touch as we couldnt find any info,.... Finally found some info that they closed in 1990 so all M15s are pre bans & finally got an FFL to process the transfer.

    Mostly produced in the 80s in Lingleville and Stephensville, Texas when the only other non-Colt lowers were SGW, Palmetto, and EA.

    They had all the blocky characteristics of Legos and were true "Billet" receivers. The one I had had true holes and dimensions but fairly sharp edges and corners. It had the standard .mil front hinge pin, which beat out the Colt split-pin and big hammer and trigger pin holes.

    from what i could find out. A key employee from COLT left to produce this & thats why many of the COMPLETE M15s came with COLT uppers.
