You'd have to be shooting it past 250yd for the standard deviation cone of the ammunition accuracy could even let you statistically notice if the POI was deflected downward, assuming a CL barrel and a 1MOA shooter with amazing consistency, firing lots of rounds. It'll work fine, and if you're running it past 300m anyway the barrel/ammunition grouping coupled with wind are STILL going to be significantly larger sources of error, and this is assuming best case of known distance targets. For UKD - the BDC error is literally negligible, so just drive on and ignore ammunition.
