NFA Law Reference Book?

Guys is there a book put out by the NFA branch of the ATF that covers the laws regarding NFA firearms?

I was told a by someone that there is such a book but I have been unable to find it. I have checked several of the class 3/title 2 sites but cannot find anything that one can look at besides what someone wrote about what they think is NFA law.

I would like to have something that gives the US code and explains what each law means in writing from the gov/source instead of relying on someones opinion.
