Just e-filed for the first time. I am using my PD's fingerprint cards, but they have our ORI instead of the ATF ORI. Will that be an issue?

I've just completed my first eForm 1 since they came back online. It seems that the "Submitted/In Progress" is missing from the left panel and I haven't gotten an e-mail to accompany the print cards. Also, no option to pay. Is this normal? How long should I wait before trying again? Thanks in advance.

Me too! Can't say it was the most difficult thing I did, but this thread really helped.

True, but you're still required to notify your chief LEO.

When you submit, you get an email with the watermarked Form 1 and cover sheet…

Ink prints… send in the cover sheet with prints. Print out the CLEO sheets of the Form 1 and forward to them.

EFT prints… confirm the cover sheet says the prints were received. Print out the CLEO sheets of the Form 1 and forward to them.

If you send in the paper Form 1… I’d do it when you send in the paperwork. Either send it at the same time in mail or drop off.

I didn't E-File, Paper filed...I ended up taking a copy over to the LEO and they were cool, said I was GTG...

One thing to keep in mind is that you're just informing them, not asking permission. Drop it in the mail and you're good to go.
