    I had an extra upper reciever that doesnt have a barrel yet. I just installed it, loked the bolt back, and put my iphone lens where the chamber would be

    I know a place that will coat just the carrier and gas key with TiN for $40.

    Interesting. Pictures of their work? It would be a good option for some. I saw a Parallax TiN carrier, but the job was sloppy.

    If you blow this picture up you can kind of see them. They look, granted grainy picture and not very close, well staked

    Staking is rather weak. I didn't see where it says what type of steel this is made from. Yellow Ti finish is snake oil bullshit.

    For the price you paid, you could have gotten two real Colt BCGs.
