Since the 1x-4x is listed as "calibrations for any power", I take it to mean that I can use the reticle to mil ranges at any power? I thought that this isn't the case for 2nd focal plane optics?

Does the reticle size change when you zoom it in and out? GH

As far as I can tell, no.

If the reticle doesn't change size it is in the second focal plane and ranging estimates should be made at full power. GH
