    CD M4LE is here.

I'm back from picking up my charles daly M4LE and things look pretty good so far. I'm surprised by how light it is compared to my dissipator. I can't add much to what other people have said other than it is as described with one minor exception. I didn't notice any t-marks on the upper which doesn't matter since I'm putting a carry handle on it. Also the ejection port cover was kind of hard to close. Should that loosen up with time? Otherwise the gun looks great and I hope to shoot it soon.

Congradulations on the new CD Take another look at the upper CD's T mark numbers are there they are just not highlighted in white. If they are not there just give them a call and I am sure that they will make it right. The ejection port cover latch will loosen up in time from use.

    SoDak,

    Congratulations on your new CD!

Henchman is correct about us not highlighting our T-Marks. Please check again. If they aren't there I will issue a FedEx Call Tag on Tuesday, get the gun back here right away, swap out the upper, fire my QC guy and then ship your properly marked gun back to you. It shouldn't take but a few days.

J/K....I won't fire him....but he will get what we call around here "a stern talking to"!

I looked and had another person look to make sure I was seeing it right, but there are no t-marks. It is not an issue to me Mr. Kassnar and considering how far from a fedex center I live, it's not worth the trouble to send it in. I'm happy with it the way it is. Thank you for the offer, it is good to see a company offer that. If it would help tracking down the issue on your end, I got the gun out of Davidsons.

Oh, I got to run a mag through it and it shot great.

    SoDak,

I appreciate your willingness to keep the gun as is, but it troubles me greatly that this got past our inspectors.

I believe that FedEx can be sent to collect the package from you so that you would not have to drop it off. Are you sure about this?

I will put the ball in your court one last time and if you say "drop it" then I will. However, should you elect to keep it as is I would appreciate it if you would PM me your full name and address so I can send you a "little" something.

    Sincerely,

Thank you again for wanting to fix this. I'm too tired tonight to decide what to do, so if it's okay with you I'll think about this over the weekend and hopefully I have a decision by the beggining of next week(it sometimes take me a while to decide on things).

Mr. Kassnar, I'm impressed with how you have handled this project from day one.
