That may be true but nobody seems to have a shred of data to prove it. That, in itself, speaks volumes.

I'm not the typ to buy into marketing hype. I need data to convince me something is worth extra coin.

Maybe you need to look at the thread IG spoke of relating to his SBR Kaboom......then look up other KBs of regular uppers.....

IraqGunz made and interesting point about an upper lasting 12k rounds beyond kaboom. But No link was provided or referenced as far as I can tell. But it is certainly good for thought.

As for the carpenter 158 argument, well carpenter 158 is mil spec. I'm not questioning the need for mil spec, I'm questioning the need for above mil spec.
