2. Treat the person who is being mean as if they are trying to help you
3. Do not be afraid
4. Do not verbally defend yourself
5. Do not attack
6. If someone physically hurts you, just show you are hurt; do not get angry
7. Do not tell on bullies
8. Don’t be a sore loser
9. Learn to laugh at yourself and not get “hooked” by put-downs


So my 10yr old son and I are watching Fox news this morning when this comes on. I don't say anything while we are watching this. All of the sudden he turns to me says; "Those options SUCK!" I just died laughing. "Yes son, those do "suck" and that isn't how you deal with a bully."
