Is Troy/VTAC EVER gonna produce the mlok version of the VTAC alpha shown in this thread or is it just a lost hope like the gear sector rail? Its been months without hearing a single word about it.

For those that are keeping score:

    Polymer rails 3-11 slot
    Aluminum rails 3-9 slot
RVG Adapter for those who like the legacy RVG size/shape
AFG Adapter for those who like the legacy AFG and AFG2
    M-LOK to MOE Adapter
    M-LOK MVG
    M-LOK AFG
    M-LOK Poly Cantilever Rail/Light Mount
    M-LOK Aluminum Cantilever Rail/Light Mount
M-LOK Light Mount V-Block and Rings
    M-LOK Offset Light/Optic Mount
    M-LOK Bipod Mount
    M-LOK QD Sling Mount
Four more accessories on the way
Plus some very cool things from other manufacturers

    And for platforms, in house:
Shotgun stuff is transitioned to all M-LOK
    MOE SL
MOE legacy will be transitioning soon
Lots of M-LOK compatible products at SHOT

And over 100 manufacturers who have signed on. Not bad.
Will the offset Scout accessories fit the new Mega Wedge Lock handguards, or are they too narrow? I know there was a Hodge Defense MOD2 in the Magpul booth at SHOT, which uses the same rail dimensions as the Mega WL rail. The scout light mounted on it was mounted at 3 o'clock though. I am interested specifically in this exact setup...M300C with the bezel next to the MBUS PRO, using the offset M-LOK mount...on the Mega Wedge Lock/ HDSI rail.

    Will this fit?

If it won't fit because of the bezel...would it fit if I pulled the light back, or pushed it forward, so the major diameter of the bezel cleared the MBUS PRO mounting bolt?

Literally the only thing I want to change about the picture above is the muzzle device (irrelevant), and the rail, which is the source of my question.

Thank-you very much for your time!

If it doesn't work, we have something coming that will. I don't have a picture of it on a Mega wedge lock, but our upcoming M-Lok offset scout mount does fit it, and won't interfere with your front sight since you can shift the light body left or right in the four mounting positions. It's also going to place the light closer to the handguard.

I mean I understand the appeal of M-LOK even tho I have keymod. I mean M-LOK is easier to manufacture

I trust the durability of a quality M-Lok rail better as well.

It's the OD that matters, but yes, it fits. I had one of the prototypes with me at SHOT and placed it on the wedge lock rail at the Mega booth.

Because the OD is so small on the wedge lock, there will be a little space between the 45 flat of the handguard and the angled portion of the mount, but it's not much. By comparison, the MKM and MML are a completely flush fit, as if the mount was bent around the handguard (which was pure luck on our part).

Thanks! I know it's od that matters but don't know od.
So you are sure I can fit an m300C with your mount, bezel snuggled next to mbus pro without mounting screw of mbus hitting bezel? If so...when can you trade me money for product?
