That might be a tad overstated, but it's not too wide of the mark. If the Inuit and other Native American villages in Alaska are anything like the Indian reservations we have throughout the state of Montana, they are, to a large degree, rural ghettos. Unemployment, poverty, drug and alcohol abuse, domestic violence . . . it's all off the charts. Life on the rez is a different world.Originally Posted by markm
