What to do when not shooting??

    Hello!

So, I recently got back into shooting several months ago, bought a few new guns (incuding an M4) and have been enjoying the hobby very much. I typically go shooting twice or, if I'm lucky, three times a month.

I just want to know what you guys do to keep the hobby exciting and interesting when you're not at the range? I try to read a lot, but I'd like to do more...I just don't know what!

I think some project would be nice, like to build an AR on my own, but this requires a lot more money than I have right now....so what do you guys do to keep it interesting?

Hell yes! Very unfortunate, because I do the same thing and my wife is pissed that I get boxes in the mail every day even though "I'm broke". Ha.

I was thinking that too. I may take a class or something when I have some extra cash...... that isn't going toward a new gun ....

Yep, reloading would be my first choice (without the beer ;-) ), then dry firing. Let's see...paint the rifle, go cataloging and make a list for the future, use all the options on Brownell's "Build an AR" site...

My time is limited so I don't really get a lot of plain range time. I tend to get all my shooting in by shooting a few matches a month and taking a few classes annually.
