Give An Anti Gun Liberal A Massive Heart Attack...

It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

    Chuck, we miss ya man.

Love the page. I'm not a Facebook user so I can't like it.

I'm dead to you, I know.

I'd love for schools to bring this back. Rifle clubs as well.

How wonderful it would be to remove the freak out factor of some person seeing a weapon. Children respectful and responsible gun handling. What a wonderful world...

It was over a decade ago now (uh... not saying how much, exactly, because I'm not old and you can't make me), but when I took Hunter's Ed (which did involve handling firearms) it was at the local high school.

They can be again if we demand it back. The only difference between us and liberals is that they demand what they want and don't stop or let up until they get it. We could eradicate the anti gun ideology from existence if we could manage to use the same persistence, energy, and know how we put to use in our jobs, our homes, and our hobbies. For whatever reason, influencing society is something that the pro gun movement has decided to voluntarily suck at. To loosely paraphrase Auric Goldfinger, mankind has flown to the moon, split the atom, gone to the bottom of the ocean, and achieved miracles in every field of human endeavor, except for some damn reason getting rid of the American leftist movement, and it is almost exclusively for lack of really trying.

While I often wish for the "good old days", sometimes they weren't that good. Firearms accidental deaths have plummeted in this country since 1900. Mandatory hunter education has been a big reason for this.
