    ALG QMS trigger

This was fired at 200 yards, the black is 2moa, I was doing good til I poked that hole low/right.
Good work. I do like your Ear plug storage innovative location on the SL stock. Don't worry about that low right one. Had nothing to do with you. Change in Wind, humidity and temp, etc caused that one. Don't short change yourself.

Looks like Arms Unlimited has it back up for $580 shipped a case. http://www.armsunlimited.com/Magtech...c-otm-case.htm

OK, I drank the Cool Aid. Bought 250 rounds from Palmetto. Only $12 shipping. The more info blurb on the 77 CBC says that they also make the 40BONB, a bonded HP. I tried ammo seek and the Palmetto site and turned up nothing. Anyone know about this or tried it??

I will be shooting a 1:8 20 inch Wylde chamber Lothar Walther barrel at 1,000 yards and report back!

PS Is this ammo and brass made in the Brazilian plant, Germany or Czech? I assume Brazil.

Shot a bunch of it over the weekend in two rifles.

Rifle one: BCM 16" reece SS barrel topped with Zeiss 2-10x 42mm conquest scope. Geissle SSA-E trigger

Rifle two: Noveske 16" reece, chrome lined barrel topped with Bushnell Tactical Elite 1-6.5x 24mm scope. Geissle SD-3g trigger

wind was from right to left variable from 3-5 gusting to 10mph.

Both rifles at 100 yards were both sub moa. At 200 the wind starts to affect the shots a little and it opened up to right at moa. The BCM shooting just a tad tighter now.

Most shooting done at 300 yards. 10 shot groups for the BCM was right around 3 1/2 inches (vertical stringing) and 10 shot groups with the Noveske at 4". Wind definitely having an effect at this range. The extra scope and finer trigger on the BCM also helping.

The ammo is very consistent and shot very well with no issues to either rifle. For the cost this is a definite buy!

How does this compare to SSA's 77gr load?

    The price is similar...

    Molon wrote it up here.

    http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_16/40...EAVY_OTMs.html

Scroll about 2/3rds of the way down the extensive series of ammo tests. (Thank you Molon!).

It's fast, Over 2800 fps from a 20 inch. Accuracy between 1.6 and 2 inches.

The SSA 308/175 grain is also very fast for a 308. I have had light primer strikes with SSA in both 556 and 308, maybe three times over two years and about 400 oruns fired both calibers. OK for competition but not self defense.

Looks like they use a ball powder.

Going to shoot some this weekend. I'll post targets if I don't totally totally embarrass myself.
