Government grant = scholarship. Surely there's a degree in something you don't have that you might be able to wrap in a year or two, yes? Facility = local big university. Dozen hot chicks = sorority or underappreciated sports team (e.g. volleyball, field hockey, rowing, etc. They still work out a lot, but if they have a losing record or it's just not that celebrated, they have all the athleticism but none of the demand for their off duty talent.) if you have a couple bottles of top shelf booze, a good camera w/ pro grade flash unit (one thing hot chicks almost always are is vain: indulge their desire to celebrate themselves by being a party photographer), and sufficient free time on your hands.
