    Aero Precision is out of Tacoma Washington.

    Mega Arms is out of Tumwater Washington.

    Rainier Arms is out of Auburn Washington but Mega makes their lowers.

    Not going to mention a couple others out of Washington. Lol

    I don't know if you want to count this but SWFA sells their "own" ar15's now which look to be largely made with Seekins parts including a Seekins lower with SWFA rollmark. On the one hand they probably wouldn't be the only company on the list to not make their lowers. On the other hand I am not sure they actually manufacture parts themselves but they do have some exclusive things like a variation of a Seekins rail which I wish they sold on its own.
