    Pathetic and unacceptable.

    I pray for their families.
I knew a couple of fine gents from the RCMP tac team, and they had to leave their guns at work when their shift ended. I don't know if that's still the policy, but it blew my mind.

I wouldn't expect many people to run out of the house with a knife to attack someone with an M14. Canadians have a good amount of guns. Someone would have been able to take the guy out. Could have been scared of the legal system. I see many people have been pondering that in this case. Both in Canada and some of the iffy States here in the US. It wouldn't have been a problem here.

Grady Judd would probably give you an honorary position in the S.O. if you nailed a guy who killed 3 of his deputies from your porch.

In a country that restricts firearms ownership that seems perfectly reasonable to me. Im sure the government feels the weapons are more secure locked up in the police armory than at an officer's bedside.

This guys definitely got his cue and inspiration from the American gun culture and mass shootings. It's like the NRA was pulling the trigger themselves.

Luckily the brainless citizens weren't armed or this murderer could have got injured or worse!

You'd have more medals than those North Korean generals.
