So how much work is that for you? Jk but I grew up with Arabians, a couple ponies, and a trail horse or two. Shoveled a lot of shit. I'd never own a horse now. Unless they're making me money a horse is a huge money pit.

Nonsense. The benefit of having oversized and warm blooded lawn ornaments far outweighs the associated costs.. Ha

My wife has expressed an interest in getting a horse or two to pasture out at our place. I've found the perfect compromise. We're going to let the neighbor's granddaughter pasture HER horse on our place . . . with the provision that my wife gets to go down and feed her horse carrots whenever she wants.

100%+ My wife and daughter do all the work, some horses are really amazing though. Own a horse and you will know why Ferrari uses a horse on their logo ,,,they cost about the same.
