15 minutes is forever!Marlene Buck works at the Denny’s on Nellis across from Wal-Mart. She said she was impressed with Metro’s quick response.
“It took less than fifteen minutes,” she said.

Prayers for the deceased. Hope the 2 POS are getting what they deserve in Hell.
I'm with Moose on this. We have had what 3 violent rampages attributed to guns in the past month. I see too much coincidence and new must have legislation to protect the children.
"Addressing the problem of shootings by ban or confiscation of non-criminal's guns is like addressing the problem of rape by chopping off the Johnson of everyone who DIDN't rape anyone while not only leaving the rapists' equipment intact, but giving them free viagra to boot." --Me
I don't disagree with you, even 2 minutes is forever, especially when lead's flying or somebody's kicked in your door!
I have a hard time believing their response time was anywhere near 15 minutes. The area this occurred in has a high crime rate, has a large police presence, and LV Metro doesn't **** around.

Not to be pedantic, but it might be helpful if we defined our terms, as this nation was founded on a core of classical liberalism.
To wit:
What is classical liberalism?. Classical liberalism was developed in the 18th century and became very popular in the Americas and Western Europe. Is defined as a philosophy, which is committed to the ideology of limited government, freedom of speech, religion, assembly, press and free markets. It advocated a specific kind of government, public policy and society required as a result of the urbanization and industrial revolution. Classical liberalism was known to be a dominant political theory on the United Kingdom during the 18th century until the First World War.
In contrast to:
What is social liberalism?. Also known as Modern liberalism, it is the belief of having social justice included on this ideology. It believes that the legitimate role of the state includes: Unemployment, health care, addressing economic and education. Social liberalism views the good of the community as harmonious with the freedom of all individuals. This ideology parties and ideas tend to be considered centre left or centrist. Centrism also known as centre left is the practice or ideal to promote policies which stands different from the standard political right and political left. This ideal tends to focus on policies such as: Human rights, civil liberties; social and economic liberalism.

What if this whole crusade's a charade?
And behind it all there's a price to be paid
For the blood which we dine
