I don't disagree with you, even 2 minutes is forever, especially when lead's flying or somebody's kicked in your door!

I have a hard time believing their response time was anywhere near 15 minutes. The area this occurred in has a high crime rate, has a large police presence, and LV Metro doesn't **** around.

From time to time, as personal therapy, I actually cue up some Andy Griffith Show on Netflix. My 7 year old son actually likes to watch it with me. Once we got past the "What happened to the color?" questions...

I wouldn't put my money on a comment made by someone without actual proof or verification of some sort. Most people can't estimate time or connect an event to the time frame.
