Obama Reveals His ‘Biggest Frustration’ as President: ‘The Country Has to Do Some Soul Searching About This’

“People ask me what I’m proudest of and what are my biggest frustrations as president,” Obama said. “My biggest frustration is that this society hasn’t been willing to take some basic steps to keep guns out of the hands of people who can do damage.”

“We’re the only developed country where this happens. And it happens weekly,” he continued. “Our levels of gun violence are off the charts.”

“You know, the United States does not have a monopoly on crazy people. It’s not the only country that has psychosis. And yet, we kill each other in these mass shootings at rates that are exponentially higher than any place else,” Obama said, according to BuzzFeed. “Well, what’s the difference? The difference is, is that these guys can stack up a bunch of ammunition in their houses and that’s sort of par for the course.”

Back in the 1980s when we had evil imported rifles such as FN FALs, HK 91s and Polytechs and you could buy surplus 5.56 for $100 for 1000 rounds and we didn't have weekly school shootings.

So what changed between now and then?

Because it wasn't guns and it wasn't ammo stockpiles. I remember the serious gun guys buying ammo by the pallet. I remember when it was "gun rooms" rather than gun safes.

But Obama is a simplistic retard that thinks people owning guns and more than 100 rounds of ammo is some kind of recent trend. The only thing that is really new is the episodes of "panic buying" that happen every time he opens his stupid bong sucker and the two massive buys which preceded his election and re election.

Turns out the '74 school shootings' was a twist of the facts by Bloomberg's Everytown for Gun Safety



The statistic came from a group called Everytown for Gun Safety, an umbrella group started by former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, a passionate and public advocate of gun control.

Without a doubt, that number is startling.

So on Wednesday, CNN took a closer look at the list, delving into the circumstances of each incident Everytown included.

Everytown says on its web site that it gleans its information from media reports and that its list includes school shootings involving a firearm discharged inside or on school grounds, including assaults, homicides, suicides and accidental shootings.

CNN determined that 15 of the incidents Everytown included were situations similar to the violence in Oregon -- a minor or adult actively shooting inside or near a school. That works out to about one shooting every five weeks.
