The number of shootings are definitely drummed up to make their argument seem logical. They subsist on lies–business as usual.

Is that the same speech where obama admires Australian style-gun confiscation wishing he could do that here?

It's the same way they include justified shootings in gun violence statistics to make it look like states with higher gun ownership rates are also more dangerous. To them, truth is not that which is factual; truth is what the public needs to believe.

And the deadliest mass murder in a school in United States history was in 1927 and not one person was killed with a firearm.

Seems people who run for political office and taxes are much more dangerous than gun owners.

Andrew Kehoe, the 55-year-old school board treasurer, was angered by increased taxes and his defeat in the Spring 1926 election for township clerk. 44 killed and 58 injured.

It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

If POTUS thinks Americans are killing each other "exponentially higher than any place else", I guess his foreign policy makes a little more sense.

Mosul? That's in Oregon right? Isis was responsible for Sandy Hook and funded by the NRA?

    Oh...no.

I was discussing this with a colleague of mine who recently attended a lecture by Lt. Col. Dave Grossman (author of On Killing) where he discussed mass school shootings in Germany.

Back in 2002 in Erfurt Germany an expelled 19 year old student killed shot and killed 15 people (13 teachers and two students) at a school gymnasium with a Mossberg 590 and a GLOCK 17.

The Winnenden school shooting in Baden-Württemberg Germany happened in 2009 when a 17 year old student shot and killed 13 students (another two at a nearby car dealership) with a Beretta 92 handgun.

And we have all read about the mass school stabbings in China. I guess Barry's speech writers don't read world news much.

As for the hack piece on the "74 school shootings" Bloomberg/Soros/etc. always fund such organizations; control the narrative and you control the message.

So what changed between now and then?

Because it wasn't guns and it wasn't ammo stockpiles. I remember the serious gun guys buying ammo by the pallet. I remember when it was "gun rooms" rather than gun safes.

But Obama is a simplistic retard that thinks people owning guns and more than 100 rounds of ammo is some kind of recent trend. The only thing that is really new is the episodes of "panic buying" that happen every time he opens his stupid bong sucker and the two massive buys which preceded his election and re election.

And this new attempt to try and push the same shit through the same donkey one more time will only result in more people buying more guns and cleaning out ammo supplies. Glad I got my damn Pmags.

Are you suggesting that there is a link between anti-anxiety medication and the increasing frequency of reported "mass shootings"?

Hopefully, you're not referring to that SSRI nonsense...
