All this has took place just late yesterday, the part of the day of the week politicians typically dispense bad news. These articles aren't too long because the story is still being digested, but they tell enough to show someone may finally be in hot water soon.
A general summary of yesterday's disosure:
http://nypost.com/2014/06/14/missing...e-gop-probers/
"The IRS said Friday it “lost” a trove of e-mails to and from the central figure in the agency’s targeting of Tea Party and other conservative groups leading up to the 2012 presidential election.
IRS officials told Congress it can’t get its hands on many of Lois Lerner’s e-mails prior to 2011 — because her computer crashed that summer, a claim that infuriated congressional investigators."
A fairly scathing response from one of Obama's most prominent and ardent supporters (until the past few months it seems).

And almost certain proof that their story will be verified a lie rather swiftly.

This would seem a very bad move by an already desperate White House. As clarified by the last article unless there was a widespread effort to erase mutiple databases someone somewhere can come up with those emails, it's only a matter of time.
