Sure. However, I and my family do not compete in the same class of jobs/careers as the immigrants do. We are their competition; they are not ours. We are the established people; they are not. There are glass ceilings in place. I did not create them, but they are there. It's just how it is. If you're Anglo, educated, hard-working, high-salary-earning, you are not in competition with these folks.
Border enforcement is a joke, every Arizonan knows that.
Funny how you guys who don't have to live with the situation are so concerned on our behalf.

Sir by all means do not feel obligated to take hints or suggestions regarding your state's completely and totally out of control illegal immigration problem from me. In fact there is so much out there why you could spend days taking it all in and still have some reading to do. Will say it seems rather unusual to see someone from the area dismiss it as ridiculousness, but heck I'm from New Jersey so what do I know.

Little kids being hauled around and dumped off as political pawns -- that's tragic. I'm not angry about their presence, I'm angry at the decision-makers who implemented this monstrous strategy.
I don't dismiss it as ridiculousness; I live with it. You don't seem to grasp this.
Indeed, what the heck do you know? Tell me one thing about the situation that you think I don't know; but bear in mind that I have discussed it and continue to discuss at length with local LE, politicians, business leaders, church leaders and people in my own company.
I think we should treat Mexicans the same way they treat their southern neighbors. You do know we, the United States, paid for a fence on Mexico's southern border, right?

Experience is a cruel teacher, gives the exam first and then the lesson.
