Sure. However, I and my family do not compete in the same class of jobs/careers as the immigrants do. We are their competition; they are not ours. We are the established people; they are not. There are glass ceilings in place. I did not create them, but they are there. It's just how it is. If you're Anglo, educated, hard-working, high-salary-earning, you are not in competition with these folks.

Yep, I am unqualified compared to someone like AC - that's why I deferred to his character and wisdom. I think his post hit it on the head regarding what level of character was expected here. Can't say I'm always perfect - daily battle and all.

Despite my handle, I'm as white as they get. Lived the majority of my life in the SW, traveled to MX many times. Let me tell ya, those are indeed fighting words. Likewise, point of issue here is legal immigration vs. jumping the line. I have zero issue with legal immigrants - after all, if you follow the whole Beringia Theory - or like - this entire continent was settled by immigrants. Proud to know great folks from all backgrounds and also loath all sorts of low lifes too.

We are witnessing the Cloward-Piven Strategy in action here. Make the system try and live up to all sorts of impossible promises while bankrupting the system. All in the while building your dependent voting base.
