I concurr with everyone else. At least get the midlength MOE one. The way everyone is stocking up after the last crisis, I doubt we'll see $2k Bushmasters again for a long time, if ever. But you will certainly be able to double your money, at least.

As for Hillary, I'm voting for her. Why? Let's just get it over with. The sooner the collapse comes, the sooner we can rebuild.

Yes, but during the last scare Joe Schmo didn't care what brand anything was...he bought anything AR related he could find, and didn't care the price.

I'd be all over this like Jarrod on a subway sammich...
If you can't win a gun fight against a lightly-trained individual during broad daylight with 88 rounds of 30-06, I'm not sure you'd be able to do it with... any other firearm.

Ok, I've got an El Camino full of rampage here, so what's the plan?

    Well - that settles it.

Any opinions on which model I should go for?

The heavy barrel M4 type is my first preference, but it's a 16" carbine-gas system and I'm wondering how over-gassed it might be. Otherwise, I like the 16" MOE midlength, but I hate the M203 barrel notches.

It's primarily between those two. Any ideas?

I'd go with the heavy then. If it's a beater rifle, I don't think it being over-gassed would be that big of an issue.

And I'm not voting for Hillary. I'd rather not have to bury my guns six feet under until the collapse.
