The problem with this stupid law is it came about over protests to this case from the article:
The problem is, this bitch didn't fire a warning shot. She and her walking pile of human excrement of a baby daddy had an argument and he slapped her around as he had done twice before. She got pissed, left the room they were in upstairs, went to here car outside the house, got her gun, went back into the house and fired a shot that struck the wall next to the baby daddy's head while he was playing with their young child. She should be doing the twenty years in prison of her original sentence but because of all the hoopla over the Zimmerman case they seized on that outcry to get this sorry sack of shit an appeal.
