You should be able to click on the "Forgot My Password" inside the Log in box, and have the system send you another password. I did something like what you did and managed to lock myself out. I was able to get back on with a new password without having to talk to anyone and ask them to unlock anything.
    Try that.

I've been waiting for E-forms to come back up to SBR a lower. Submitted it this afternoon. No issues or crashes and the site operated reasonably fast. Let's all hope that they bring Form 3 and 4 back online soon.

Yep, tried that and it didn't work, so I called them they reset it and it didn't work. Called them back and they had me email their admin. Other than that it worked pretty well. I shouldn't need to get back in for a while so I have time to let them figure it out.

Trying to get a Form 1 in, but my trust is a PDF and is 17mb, and it says 3mb max. do you guys just have lots of pages for your trust saved, and just upload all of them?
    Also, what all is needed?

Trust and schedule A, Trust certification. Do they need assignment of property or inventory list?

    thanks

Try to scan it at a lower resolution. Mine is 12 pages and only 1.3mb.

Scanning in black and white will also reduce the file size. My trust is 17 pages and is just under 2mb. As far as schedules, assignment sheets, etc. That depends on how your trust is written and structured. Best direct those questions to whoever drew up your trust.

I don't think it is required or advised to include this. However, don't quote me on that.

    This.

    As info...I posted this previously:

There's often a discussion about file size for attachments, and people having trouble getting their document scanned into a single file 3MB or less. I've always tried to point out that checking the settings is the key. B&W scans are significantly smaller than color, even if the document is nothing by black text. You also don't need extremely high dpi to make it readable.

I took a single paper Form 1 I had (so there is one small color section, the stamp itself) and scanned it on my Brother multi-function printer multiple times using every quality option I had available. Here are the results:

    B&W 100dpi = 36KB
    B&W 200dpi = 77KB
    B&W 300dpi = 133KB
    Color 100dpi = 113KB
    Color 200dpi = 313KB
    Color 300dpi = 573KB
    Color 600dpi = 1,228KB

So, based on that sample, a color scan is 3-4.5 times the size of a B&W scan. My 26-page trust scanned in at ~7MB at the default setting of 200dpi color. I submitted a 200dpi B&W copy which was only 1.7MB.

many people just upload it in different pieces, approx ten pages per attachment

when I eFiled, I was told by the reviewers that it didnt matter if you listed the item on the schedule

yesterday prior to my form4 being approved I spoke to a different reviewer and was told that either way is fine, in past years they rejected them if
the item was listed, and that now it really isnt even necessary to have a schedule page
