Definite waste of money. I used to run across that bridge 3-5 days a week when I was stationed at the Presidio. Definitely is easy to hop over the rail if you want to though. At least if the Libtards do jump they won't survive the fall.

They have something similar in Seattle on the aurora bridge. It delays the people that are crying for attention but doesn't deter the ones that really want to do it. Human life > money, even if it is a retard that doesn't know how to make friends listen to them the normal way.
