    A brother of a friend had a wife jump off a bridge in Portland but survived. After her broken bones healed enough she jumped from a five story parking garage and ended it.

    Stupid to think the bridge is at fault or the solution. Lots of parking garages, overpasses, buildings, etc. I know, ban high places!

    I support it. Let these liberal states spend as much as possible. Only way to teach them is through reality.

    How long before the feel gooders try to ban sharp objects, tall ladders, drain cleaner, OTC drugs, etc...

    If some poor mf'er is at a point where he wants to end it all, what would be the repercussion of denying him that chance? Could his self pity turn to rage where he takes a gun to a school and shoots up the place?

    Why is it again that we do not allow people to kill themselves?

    I get not wanting people to do it in a way that interferes with others lives or endangers them. But why can't we offer people an easy way out if they want it?

    It seems overpopulation is our number one problem as a planet and that almost al our other problems come from this. I also can't imagine some one who thinks life isn't worth living is a particularly productive member of society.
