The funniest thing about all this is that Hillary, Ginsburg, and all the Femanazis/Democrats don't want to accept is that the court decided this due to a law that Bill Clinton signed way back in 1993!

LOL. That's some funny stuff right there.

I am sick and tired of these morons claiming they are being denied access to birth control. Does HL ask that its employees not use BC or be fired? No they can still go out, buy and use whatever means they see appropriate. They just can't buy it using other people's money. BOO HOOO ****ing HOOO. Libtards drive me batshit crazy.

Hobby Lobby still covers like 16 other types of BC. So... what are the libtards crying over?

    The "war on women" duh!

I ponder as to how these people would react if companies paid for chemical castrations for all these women who can't control themselves and must have birth control bought for them. Hell, I'd consider it a charitable contribution lol. To many mouths to feed as it is.

Non-contraception uses of birth control aaide abstinence is still safest form of birth control available lol. But hey, let's not focus on personal responsibility or keeping ones leg closed...

However, even abstinence isn't guaranteed to work!

The less free birth control that's available to poor and uneducated people will only result in an increase in unwanted children. With that a corresponding increase in crime. As well as swelling the number of those absorbing government funding in the form of welfare and other services. It's a "pick your poison" situation. Want the US overrun with even more fatherless thugs? Keep birth control difficult to acquire or expensive, or simply inconvenient to get. George Takai really did make a good point with his hypothetical, 'What if it was Sharia Law derived values being imposed upon the employees of Hobby Lobby?'. Or Hinduism, Judaism, Scientology, Satanism, or Spaghetti Monster. If you believe in God, and believe that God knows all, then why not let Him do the judging of others? My opinion is that this ruling will have a lot of unintended consequences.

Any time an American business and or citizen can "opt out" of some big governement overreach it's always a good thing.

As for the poor can't help themselves and need birth control etc, well all I can say about that is this house of cards is not going to stand forever. The piper is going demand his due . . .

The poor and uneducated people already get free BC at health clinics. I'm not sure how much more free it can get until we start paying women to take it. Actually we already are since the taxpayers ultimately fund the free clinics.

If so many women neglect to use free birth control, what other options would make more women participate? I don't know of any options that are less intrusive or inexpensive than the current ones.

I don't believe for a second that making the plan B type medication free will suddenly start making a drastic impact on unwanted births.
"If force can take away liberty, force is necessary to preserve it. It is the hatred of violence alongside the willingness to use violence that preserves liberty. In order for us to live as free men, we have to hate the violence that takes away liberty, yet at the same time, we must embrace the violence that preserves it. That is the paradox our founders appreciated and made work for over 200 years."

Paying them to take it is actually a pretty damn good idea, in my view. It would be a bargain in comparison to how much the alternative costs in the long term. Some stats from our .gov link to study -

"3.1.1. Age The proportion of pregnancies that were unintended generally decreased with age, with more than four out of five pregnancies unintended among women 19 years and younger. Between 2001 and 2006, this percentage decreased for women aged 15—17 years and increased or stayed nearly the same for all other women. The unintended pregnancy rate was the highest for women 20—24 years, due to an increase between 2001 and 2006.

    3.1.2. Educational attainment
Women with the fewest years of education had the highest unintended pregnancy rate, and rates decreased as years of education attained increased. Unintended pregnancy rates increased the most among women with no college experience.

    3.1.3.Race and ethnicity
Black women had the highest unintended pregnancy rate among all racial and ethnic subgroups, more than double that of non-Hispanic white women. Rates changed little between 2001 and 2006.

    3.1.4.Income
Poor and low-income women’s unintended pregnancy rates increased substantially, while the rate for higher-income women decreased. The rate for poor women was more than five times the rate for women in the highest income level. While there was little difference by education among women in the highest income bracket (Fig. 1A), minorities had the highest unintended pregnancy rates regardless of income level (Fig. 1B)."
