It's time to coin the acronym OCR (Open Carry Retards) when referring to these specimens of extraordinary genius. OCR's act in ways that are irresponsible and are detrimental to the Second Ammendment. If you took all of the OCR's out there, and put all of their braincells in a bowl, there wouldn't be enough braincells present for one of them to understand the harm that they do to our rights.
I don't think it helps to be state-specific when referring to OCR's. They are all equally clueless. If division amongst gun owners was not harmful as well, then I would recommend the organization of Gun Owners Against OCR's, Mothers Against OCR's, or something. Damn OCR's!!

I second the nomination of the term "Open Carry Retards" or "OCR" for short.

Understood. The thing that is very disappointing to those of us living in Texas, is that we were very likely to get open carry in 2015.

The Texas legislature meets every other year. Their next session is 2015. The current Lt Gov David Dewhurst lost his primary race for Attorney General. So he's out of a job. The guy that won is very much in favor of open carry. The guy who won the GOP primary for Governor is Greg Abbott. He's so pro-2A that he makes John Wayne look like Eric Holder.

We were in very good shape to get open carry next year, with no fighting at all. A pro-2A legislature, Governor and AG. Oh, and Abbott is the former AG who really expanded our CHL program, and is also a former Chief Justice of the Texas Supreme Court. So the bills drafted would be air-tight.

So when these drooling morons get the citizenry all riled up, they were not freaking helping us at all. I honestly think T2C is right, some of these people are doing the other side favors. Maybe through massive jackassery, or deliberate design.

So in the words of my grandfather: "Please stop helping me, I can't afford any more of your help." I wish they would shut the hell up and go away. We will get open carry in Texas, but it will be much harder now.

I understand your pain. I think you are on track to Get Open Carry of sidearms next session.
My brother saw Deliverance and bought a Bow. I saw Deliverance and bought an AR-15.

I also think we will get it. The challenge we have now is overcoming images like this, that the opposition will use against us.

There are a lot of us here who are organized, write letters, make contributions and phone calls. We strive to sound reasonable and articulate. That works. We have made a lot of advances in the last 4 years in Texas.

But in the middle of a gunfight, I just think it's a piss-poor idea to pitch the enemy a spare mag when he's running low. I'm just weird that way.

Hence my CPS remark. I have personally seen two children removed from their home for an act like that. And that occasion happened in Harris County (Houston). I carried the wounded one to the helicopter. The other one went in a police vehicle with a CPS employee sitting next to them.

With friends like Mr. Lo, we don't need many more enemies.
Normally I can laugh these idiots off. But that one did clench my rectum. I have an overwhelming desire to kick Todd in his stupid effin face and I don't think it will be going away any time soon. I hate to think about what I'd do if I saw this in my local Target.

God I hate people more and more every day. Retards everywhere.

I hope the cops find him, take him in the woods and work him over with a night stick until he becomes an intelligent and responsible person.

I honestly don't think a hickory shampoo will help. Something tells me this lad's day job is not at NASA, helping design new toilets for the space station.

Its a good picture of his face in the photo's and I'm sure no matter how that dip shit tries to cover his tracks the local or state police will just use facial recognition to ID him if his real name is not attached to his blog. This retard and others like him are the main reasons why gun rights will be eroded in the coming years, Stupid is as Stupid does.

We are all inclined to judge ourselves by our ideals; others, by their acts.
