    Cool $1000 M&P15 Sport

Just wanted to showcase what I got for less than $1000... I was aiming for a bargain FDE rifle and did some research for a solid month before purchasing the Sport... All in all, I'm pretty pleased...

Your location shows as "SoCal". You're not even allowed to THINK about guns as I understand it.

never had the sport but i had a m&p 15 back in 2010 that i bought. Never had a problem with it and was quite pleased with it. I put that thing through hell and it kept up. Sadly i sold it when the great scare happened for a profit to pay for a headstone for my mom. But i have a colt now so it worked out. Enjoy it and now go shoot the hell out of it.

I know where you are going with that, but maybe he bought in the middle of the panic.

Panic + Cali = Nightmare for prices.

Could be, and I am not trying to raz the poor guy, but I hate seeing people get ripped off. I still dont see how any of the "upgrades" on the rifle equates to a 1k price tag, even in CA (where I bought my first two AR15's).

I bought it a couple of months ago locally for $670. Not bad considering the whole Cali situation...

It would've be the same price buying online after shipping, DROS, FFL fees and then taxes... I shopped around a bit before buying...
