Sad for all the innocents who will get caught up in horrors they had nothing to do with, but these two apparently have forgotten what it's like to go at it (again).

Beyond occasionally succumbing to the fag Hasidic element what fault does Israel bear in this? What more would you like them to do?

Israel can handle Hamas, ISIS AND the Syrian Army no problem if they had to. It's really a shame the Hamas cowardly hides behind it's civilians, who are now going to get caught up in the middle of this. They should have thought about that when they were lobbing rockets...they've got this coming....The US had better stay out of it and let Israel do what Israel gotta do....

Well without starting a Palestinian "pity party", Israel did forcibly displace the population and herd them into refugee camps so that they could create Israel. This is of course after they drove the British out of the territory with things like the bombing of the King David Hotel (British HQ at the time.) And it's hard to be content with your reservation I imagine. Of course I stopped being overly concerned about the plight of the Palestinians on a September day over 10 years ago, maybe it was even a September day in 1972.

With respect to the current situation on it's own, if we ignore the past, I'm amazed Israel restrained itself for this long. We invaded Iraq over far less provocation. About the only thing I'd really ask of Israel is for Benjamin Netanyahu to stop advocating for the release of Jonathan Pollard.

I should also point out, I'm sad for ALL of the innocents. The Israeli teen who was murdered (which seemed to kick start this entire matter), everyone who has to do the "duck and cover drill" and any other innocents who suffer on either side.
