I don't know if it's just me but the pin seems to be resting on the bottom of the firing pin hole? It looks like their is a lot of open space above the pin? Could the hole just be too large and it's letting the firing pin go further than it should?
Appeasement is never the answer in the face of naked aggression.
Rated or labelled? 2 different things, the latter, being quite common among commercial grade ARs.
A few things here. I am guessing it is over gassed. I'll also not be shocked to hear that the chamber is out of spec. Since you don't have the correct gages you won't be able to check firing pin protrusion or the firing pin hole. There is a special gage for that.
