My two daughters were screaming and cheering. I've yet to see them get so enthused about any sporting activity.

I'm glad a local gal smoked that course! Amazing stamina and beauty, my wife really enjoyed watching her as well.

Yep, this is one of the rare shows that are actually good for kids to watch. I've seen more positive role models on this show than I can count. Most of them are ordinary people who have dedicated themselves to physical acts beyond the capabilities of most others. Be funny to watch some of those millionaire "professional" athletes try and take that course on.
The incremental bar was amazing.

Then there was that naked guy who ran onto the course...

Thanks for posting. I've watched the show for a long time but missed this one.
So she's 5' 100lbs? What a body
Definitely good role models and show for all of the other garbage on TV right now.
"If force can take away liberty, force is necessary to preserve it. It is the hatred of violence alongside the willingness to use violence that preserves liberty. In order for us to live as free men, we have to hate the violence that takes away liberty, yet at the same time, we must embrace the violence that preserves it. That is the paradox our founders appreciated and made work for over 200 years."

I watched it last night and thought the winner was simply amazing.
The guy was swinging from a series of balls that were bigger in size as he progressed through the last event. The guy grabbed the ball with his legs and did a flip under and stuck the landing.
Crazy.

Yep, she's something else. IIRC, last year she made it all the way but couldn't scale that wall. she hit the top but couldn't hold on. this year she made the top and that qualified her. Then she had to pass the harder course. So she made the wall again which is now mid-course after which she had to do that salmon wall and that three rotating bracket deal which honestly... I have no idea how she did that bracket thing...
Yeah, I think I could make it through those slant boards... after that I would be swimming.
It's amazing how fast some of those guys make it through.
