Suddenly the Affordable Care Act is not so affordable. This is a big win for those of us paying for the masses. Let's hope that the decision is upheld on further review.

The courts are no longer in Hussein's pocketbook it seems. There may be a sliver of hope yet.

Ok, I've got an El Camino full of rampage here, so what's the plan?If you can't win a gun fight against a lightly-trained individual during broad daylight with 88 rounds of 30-06, I'm not sure you'd be able to do it with... any other firearm.

The entire reason this went to the courts was to force states to create their own exchanges. With this ruling every Republican Governor is at risk from the FSA demanding subsidies. The FSA doesn't say "Damn, we have to pay more for Obama care? Obama sucks." Because they're not paying in the first place
They won, not us.

Have any of you signed up for Obamacare?
I know lots of folks who aren't willing to and will never sign up...
Well the long term goal is for all options other than the federal to fail or go away.... This ruling is the first step in revealing the true costs of kenyacare. What happens next? Who knows?

Holder should show up any minute and whine, that's exactly what will happen next.
Win, meh- but I get your concept. This would precipitate a crisis, and we know the BHO is way better at using those to his advantage- because inherently in a crisis a market based solution takes too 'long' so there must be govt action.
I think that this gets overturned at SCOTUS. One of the center guy will not want to basically overturn the ACA with something that can be glossed over by widely interpreting the law- when you consider that they are willing to overlook hard dates and things actually written into the law.
But I agree with EuroDriver, it will be that the GOP govs are keeping people from getting their healthcare and we end up with a huge increase in Medicaid- and one step closer to single-payer if not single-provider.
How the GOP wasn't able to convert the VA debacle into an indictment of what happens when govt runs healthcare is a true wasted opportunity.

You ever seen iRobot? With Will Smith? I specifically like the part where the dead doctor's hologram says "Sorry, my responses are limited. You must ask the right questions."
In this instance, and this is strictly my opinion, the right question is: "Does the GOP want to expose the flaws of single payer?"
Sure, Ted Cruz and Rand Paul do. Does Newt? Does Mitt? Does Karl? Doubtful.
