first complete build

I am brand new to the forum and building my first complete carbine. I am very familiar with the AR platform but I am having some trouble deciding between a few options. Below I will list what I'm thinking about and you guys tell me what you think.

BCM upper receiver mil spec
B5 systems stock
Vortex pst 1-4x24
Voodoo innovation 16" m4 profile 1:7 melonite bore and chamber carbine lent gas system
Bcm mod 0 comp
Geissele mk2 13.5" rail
Troy buis
Stag milspec lower
