Never heard of Scullin before this decision:

After graduating from law school, Scullin served in the United States Army as an Infantry Commander in Vietnam.

    Judicial tenure

On September 12, 1991, Scullin was nominated to the Northern District bench by President George H. W. Bush. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on February 6, 1992, and received his commission on February 10, 1992.

He served as Chief Judge of the District from 2000 until 2006, when he assumed senior status.

Scullin was also appointed by Chief Justice Rehnquist to the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court for a term of seven years running from 2004 until 2011.

For sure Palmer will wind up on the doorsteps of SCOTUS, this will be interesting. We in MD also have a case pending, that Palmer hopefully will aid us.

I feel your pain. Hopefully this is light coming from the end of the tunnel. I want to see NJ, NY etc returned to America before I take my dirt nap.
"Why "zombies"? Because calling it 'training to stop a rioting, starving, panicking, desperate mob after a complete governmental financial collapse apocalypse' is just too wordy." or in light of current events: "training to stop a rioting, looting, molotov cocktail throwing, skinny jeans wearing, uneducated bunch of lemmings duped by, or working directly for, a marxist organization attempting to tear down America while hiding behind a race-based name"

If the 9th district ruling is appealed, Hawaii will be at the SCOTUS level too I believe.

Since Hawaii is in the 9th Circuit, yes.

However, the 9th ruling on San Diego is not being "appealed" per se, it's potentially being reheard en banc. Baker v Kealoha (Hawaii CCW case at the 9th) is waiting on that decision.

Assume you are being facetious, as of this date and time DC as MD (and probably other states) don't recognize out of state CCW's. Further MD will only recognize out-of-state LEO's only when on official business.

When this all drops on SCOTUS doorsteps, hopefully it will all change.

Unless SCOTUS denies Cert. like they did with Drake. :-(
