I wouldn't go that far.... I mean... As Hussein continues lower our standard of living and increase our vulnerability to foreign attack... there may be some day where walking your trash to the alley with an M4 isn't such a bad idea....

For me, it's coming down to a fine line between, not everyone should be able to do it and "shall not be infringed". I guess just like all good things in life, a few idiots will crawl from the woodwork to ruin it for everyone. I'm not an avid OC proponent, but I am for actions that relax restrictive gun laws against responsible and safe adults who wish to protect their families, themselves, and strangers alike. I would be satisfied just knowing that I can do it, even though I most likely would not under most normal circumstances.

It just may... Remember Katrina?... We do NEED laws protecting our rights.... Unfortunately goofballs like this turn it into a circus act and get the gears inside whacko leftists' head turning.

I definitely don't disagree.

The first-hand accounts that I have received from those in areas around New Orleans during Katrina, tells me that the law was the last thing on their minds when they were deterring looters and what not, with their hunting rifles. They have since upgraded their weapon collections to include weapons more suitable for defense. The point that I make with this is, that it doesn't matter what the law states at that point, to me. My acts will not be criminal or immoral so I will feel every bit in the right. I think we both know that the disaster scenario is completely different than normal day to day OC, and has it's own aspects to be considered.
