    Couric interviews Ginsberg

I believe it air tomorrow night. It is shocking that a mind such as this actually rules America. Had she come to her conclusion by some reasonable means one might have some respect for here. This is incredibly sad. I even think Katy was having a difficult time believing in her self professed foresight and wisdom.

Amazing how they think exercising their rights means that some 3rd party has to pay for it or it's a civil rights violation. Hobby Lobby wasn't prohibiting anyone from taking any BC. No different than suing because my employer won't buy me a firearm.

What's even more shocking is that everyone knows who the President is, most even know who their congressman is...but ain't nobody know those 9 fools who can do ANYTHING they want.

So does Hobby Lobby's employee health insurance policy cover Viagra?

If it does or not is irrelevant. They should be able to cover what they want to or don't want to. It's up to the employees to work there to decide if another employer better suits what they are looking for as far as benefits. The government mandating this down to the exact pills they are supposed to provide is a gross overreach of their authority.

And a lot of them (both R's & D's)think the president should be able to replace all nine of them any time he wants. By this I mean a new president comes in, fires all the sitting judges and appoints nine of his buddies. I honestly can't believe how many people that I've talked to that think this is a good idea...
If you can't win a gun fight against a lightly-trained individual during broad daylight with 88 rounds of 30-06, I'm not sure you'd be able to do it with... any other firearm.

I honestly don't like that they are appointed by a president for life. More checks and balances are needed, but aside for being elected from each district and then being able to recall I don't really see a better way.

Sorry, but that's bullshit. An employer has no business meddling in the care provided by their health insurance providers. You're walking right into the trap Ginsberg spoke about. Your boss is a Jehovah's Witness? Sorry, no blood transfusion for your kid when he gets clipped on his bike. Maybe your boss is a Scientologist. Sorry, no antidepressants for your wife's post-partum depression or meds for your kid when he gets diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Maybe your boss is a Christian Scientist and tells you to pray your coronary arteries open when you have a heart attack.

Where's the line? Who makes the call? If an employer offers health insurance, it's part of a benefits package. It's part of your compensation. Your employer has no more business interfering with the care prescribed by your health care provider and paid for by a third-party insurer than they have telling you what you can spend your paycheck on.

Actually the government has no business meddling with a companies insurance coverage period. If you don't like what is offered you can go elsewhere, at least you could before big brother stepped in.
