Edit.
None of my business.

He has no less than 3 AR15.COM screen names.
Good catch, Thank You!
That makes it even worse. He agreed to sell to me, and took my money after he had made a deal with someone else on another forum.
I don't know if he's a liar or a crook, or both; and he edited his ARFCOM ad after he notified me this morning. Timestamps tell the whole story.

EE's (on any forum) are tricky business sometimes. The mods and staff that run a forum cannot:
1. Get your money back from a thief.
2. Make someone sell something to you.
3. Not back out of a deal that they agreed to.
Buyer beware on all things related to an EE is kind of a given I think. One last thought, sometimes it pays to buy items from a KNOWN dealer of said product (VS always trying to save a buck). Just my .02.....

Our EE Rules do not have a welching clause.
It's pretty muddy to try to figure out everything that went on between ar15.com and here.
I will say that since no one is out any money there is not enough reason for disciplinary action against anyone.
I spent more than enough time on this to feel confident in the final decision.
Always use caution in utilizing the EE in any forum.
