I have to wonder if the dude picked up an Air Soft rifle, Wal-Mart and other big box stores have been selling them for years and unless they are painted neon colors they look just like a real M4/GLOCK/Uzi, etc.

Everyone gets an autopsy where I live unless they are under a doctor's care at time of death or the family requests one.

Surveillance video shows an Ohio man talking on a cell phone, leaning on a toy gun, and facing away from officers moments before police shot and killed him in a Walmart store, according to an attorney for the man’s family...

The attorney said surveillance video showed Crawford facing away from officers, talking on the phone, and leaning on the pellet gun like a cane when he was “shot on sight” in a “militaristic” response by police...

Wright said the family objected to the piecemeal release of evidence, such as dispatch audio and video on the day of the shooting, was biased toward the police.

“Everything released is one-sided,” Wright said. “There is nothing favorable to John Crawford. You can’t show different pieces, show it all, don’t trickle pieces to gain favor of the public.”

Interesting. If the video is as they say, I don't see why it'd be withheld from the public. I don't buy the jury tainted bull crap.

Something just does not add up with this story. Not saying some conspiracy, but something is off.
In no way do I make any money from anyone related to the firearms industry.

If the latest reports are correct, a man paid with his life for his stupidity and it is no one's fault but his own. I feel sorry for the loss his family has experienced, but don't try to defend the indefensible.
Oh, there is plenty of "fault" to go around. The store video reportedly shows he has the rifle in hairs hand with the buttstock on the floor. I've not seen it, of course, but there it is.

It makes no sense that a Lawyer representing a black victim of the evil cops would pass on an opportunity to use video to create racial divide.

Maybe the tape is how they describe it, but I'm skeptical.

I guess time will tell. If I see the video at a later date I'll be sure to post it.

isnt Ohio an open carry state? Why are sheeples calling the cops for people carrying a gun? The witness that called him in sounds like a giant douche calling himself an ex-marine when he was kicked out after 7 weeks for fraudlent enlistment. Then changing his story after seeing the video.
