The question is, why not? It's pretty evident that the American public is starting to realize that neither party represents them and neither party is willing to do what's necessary to right the ship.

So why would these people go to the polls and vote for that politician that's been in DC since Methuselah was old enough to shave???

Rand Paul has been straying off the reservation with his immigration stuff. You do realize that makes him look no different than the Establishment R's. Right now it's Ted Cruz for me.

    To wit:

Once again we see the Republican fallacy of thinking that they're going to woo the Hispanic vote by caving on immigration. Historically, since Carter's days, they have voted 2 out of 3 for Democrats (on average, some elections were more and some less). In fact, the lowest percentage of Hispanic votes was in 1988, the POTUS election right after the '86 amnesty!!! Republicans, Rand Paul included, need to give up that fantasy.

Inertia? They have been doing it so long it is habit? Ths midterm election will be a good test of where the voters' heads are really at.

The right neocons know it too and the reason they also attack him.

With respect to everyones opinion, Ill give mine: Aint NOBODY...NOWHERE..."our ticket out of this mess". There is NO CHANCE of EVER turning this nation back to ANYTHING resembling what she was in her glory days. NO POLITICIAN, nor group of them, can ever do it. Every single solitary person over the last 35 + years I ever thought was "our ticket out of this mess" has utterly & completely failed. I liken this country to a person, all alone in the wilderness, who has been seriously injured and has severed an artery. Alls you can do is lie back and slowly fade away. O, you may stem the flow, and briefly delay the inevitable. But, as always, the inevitable WILL come.

Both the communists and the GOP attack who they fear most. Beware positive news stories on any Republican candidates in the run up to the primaries, its the medias way of selecting who they think the communists can beat.

That about sums it up. What if one day the entire nation got up off their asses, told the assholes in Washington to **** off and policed the countries ourselves, instead of just protesting.
